SKI, SNOWBOARD & BICYCLE STORAGE ROOM

Located on the 1st level, there is ample functionally designed storage to store your ski and snowboard gear after a long day out on the slopes. With built in drying ventilation, your ski and snowboard equipment will be warmed up and ready for another day on the mountain. In summer, this room is also open for guests to park their bicycles for safe keeping.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Complimentary shuttle bus services available for the convenience of MY ecolodge guests throughout the winter season (December – End March). The shuttle bus will transport guests from MY ecolodge to Hirafu Gondola & Hirafu Welcome Centre on a scheduled timetable.

For guests’ arrivals and departures, an additional van service upon request is available to pick up and drop off guests to JR Kutchan Station and Hirafu Welcome Centre. This service is available year round and is upon availability. To avoid disappointment, please inform us in advance if you require this service.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

We offer complimentary pick up and drop off services for your arrival and departure to My Ecolodge from either Kutchan station or Hirafu Welcome centre. This service is available year round and can be booked upon request. To avoid disappointment, please inform us in advance.

Throughout the Winter season we also offer a shuttle bus to Hirafu Welcome Centre and King Gondola at 8am, 8:30am and 9am. This is available to all guests and no pre-booking is required.

MyE Space Hub

Located in the building adjacent to MY ecolodge and overlooking breath-taking views of Mt Yotei & the creek, My E-Space Hub is a venue that can accommodate small to mid-scale meetings, seminar & parties. Definitely a choice venue to plan your wedding or next birthday party. For more enquiries, please contact us.

SELF CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in/out just got even easier with our new self check-in machines. Simply insert your reservation name or scan your passport to receive your room key!

Whether you want to store your luggage before you check-in or after check-out, we have the perfect solution. Free to all guests these lockers can store large suitcases as well as smaller bags and personal items.
